A man who took Viagra from a pharmacy in New York was arrested on Wednesday after police say he had sexual intercourse with a female after he drove a Black female model into a pharmacy and sexually stimulated her.
The man, described by police as "uggle," was arrested at a Manhattan federal court on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and having sex with a female model, according to a press release.
The woman, who had been in a nursing home and was married in the last six months, was charged with operating a pharmacy without a license and having sexual intercourse with a female model. She has pleaded not guilty.
The New York man's arrest comes after he was detained in January after police believe he was involved in a sexual encounter with a female model in a New York store. He was detained and released on bond.
The woman has been ordered to pay $500,000 in damages for her injuries, and she faces up to three years in prison for one count of conspiring to traffic in drugs.
"I am very angry with the officers who are here today, and I'm very angry with the officers who are here today," the woman told the New York Post.
The man told police he was driving his vehicle and took Viagra, a prescription drug he had prescribed for erectile dysfunction for years.
